Maertin
Project Overview
How do you rebrand a family business with an almost limitless portfolio of products and services? How do you reposition a fourth-generation company known far beyond city limits as the go-to problem solver for “just about anything”?
Our mission was to express this extraordinary breadth in a way that feels sharp and distinctive — to capture the essence of Maertin as a supplier, consultant, and enabler that goes to any length to make things happen.
The new slogan, alles moegliche (“everything’s possible”), carries a promise with a wink while, at the heart of the design lies an infinity loop — a super-symbol that visualises the claim and embodies Maertin’s ongoing commitment and passion. A bold blue and vibrant cyan palette bridge tradition and future, transforming stationery, merchandise, and digital touchpoints into a lovebrand that’s both timeless and dynamic.
Maertin isn’t just ready for the future — it’s ready for anything, and after all, alles moegliche.
My Role
As design lead, I steered the transformation from concept to complete roll-out. This meant building a flexible system that worked as effortlessly on a hard hat as it did on a homepage. I refined the visual language until every curve, every colour and every brand element spoke of continuity and confidence. From stationery to signage, I ensured the infinity loop wasn’t just a graphic — but a symbol that lived and breathed across every brand touchpoint.
