Jams Hotel Munich
Project Overview
At Jams Boutique Hotel in Munich, music isn’t a decorative theme — it’s the soul of the experience. Located in Haidhausen, the city’s creative heart, Jams fuses 70s rock nostalgia with boutique hospitality. Guests are immersed in sound: from floor-by-floor tributes to music legends to a vinyl-rich bar and in-room LP players. Every detail hums with analogue charm.
The hotel has earned accolades including the Muse Gold Award and German Brand Award for its immersive concept.
My Role
As lead designer, I brought Jams' “music meets design” vision to life through a bold, expressive identity. I created a visual system that harmonised with the interiors while amplifying the hotel’s retro soul — using striking typography, custom iconography, and playful music quotes to echo the rhythm of vinyl culture. From in-room materials to signage and tone of voice, I ensured the brand struck a consistent chord: stylish, nostalgic, and a little bit loud.
