Holzhaus Fabrik

Project Overview

Holzhaus Fabrik is redefining what timber homes can be. Bespoke, turnkey, and sustainable, the company was founded on a simple truth: houses don’t need to come from a catalogue. Backed by decades of expertise, the founders set out to build with purpose — offering clients everything from planning to execution, delivered with transparency and craft.

The brand identity captures this ethos: solid yet flexible, modern yet rooted in tradition. At its core is the “WOOD” mark — a seal of quality that becomes a stage for storytelling, spanning from the precision of the production line to an entire imagined “WOOD neighbourhood”. Holzhaus Fabrik isn’t just building houses; it’s shaping the future of what a home is.

My Role

As design lead, I partnered closely with the creative director at feykaherr to translate the founders’ vision into a coherent identity system. Once the foundation was set, I took over stewardship of the brand — rolling it out across website, print, editorial, and advertising.

Beyond launch, I helped the brand find its voice in the digital space, shaping social media visuals and helping with content direction until the dedicated team was ready to take over. This evolution ensured consistency from day one, allowing Holzhaus Fabrik to grow with a strong, recognisable presence across every touchpoint. The result is more than a brand identity — it’s a living system designed to evolve as the company does.
